Metro Business Alliance

Helping Quality Businesses Grow

Metro Business Alliance

Let’s Do Breakfast - Let’s Do Business!

The Metro Business Alliance is unique in the NJ/NY area! Since our inception in 1990, we have focused on stimulating business growth while developing long-term camaraderie. Every two weeks our group of like-minded professionals gathers with the objective of generating business with each other – and referring quality business opportunities to our trusted MBA members. Their integrity has stood the test of time!

Our friendly, welcoming atmosphere is one where you and your business can thrive. During our professionally structured meetings we build knowledge of your capabilities that can lead to recurring business and greater profits. Our focus is on producing quality referrals, not a quantity of questionable leads, so you are free to network with other members whose insights can prove invaluable.

Push to Walk

Push to Walk (PTW) was founded in 2007 by Cynthia and Darren Templeton – a mother and son who share a passion for helping individuals with paralysis live a fulfilling life. In the process, they built a community of clients, families, friends, trainers, researchers, and other professionals who share friendship and resources.

Today, PTW provides individualized workouts and resources to people with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, and other forms of paralysis to optimize their current quality of life and prepare for future medical advancements.

PTW focuses on helping individuals build healthy lifestyles and improve their day-to-day lives. Here’s how:

  • We use training methods to help clients regain strength, function, and independence.
  • Our staff works hard to promote confidence and inner strength in each client.
  • As a result of a commitment to a consistent exercise program, clients have experienced success in professional careers, adaptive sports, and other interests.
  • PTW offers social activities at which individuals and families can share experiences, information, and resources. As a result, friendships are formed and camaraderie is established that help everyone better navigate the world of paralysis.

Vero Amici for Charity

Vero Amici for Charity (which translates to "True Friends" in Italian) was founded in December 2005 by a group of men from the West Caldwell and Caldwell area who are predominately childhood friends and or colleagues.

The Mission of these men is to raise money within the community and to simply return the money back to the community they grew up in to help our special needs citizens, senior citizens, children and families in need who have been met with tragedy.

All of the members are volunteers and 100% of the money raised, including the members' dues are made available for donations.

The Metro Business Alliance presents a $500 donation to the Vero Amici for Charity of West Caldwell.
